Commitment: 1-month pilot campaign ($20,000 total upfront investment)

Content Style: All videos will be optimized for viral performance and direct response, tailored to Phia's brand aesthetic.

Our mandate is to optimize campaign strategy and content distribution to convert mass attention into high-intent downloads for the Phia iOS app and build an audience for "The Burnouts" podcast.

Content Activation

Clippers will repurpose high-value segments from "The Burnouts" podcast and create original, high-performing content that showcases the app's "magic trick"—saving users money on fashion in real-time.

Content will anchor around simple, viral hooks designed to educate audiences on three core ideas:

  • Phia as the ultimate "secret tool" for unlocking deals on desirable fashion brands.

  • The founders as thought leaders in smart shopping and sustainable fashion.

  • The immediate and tangible ROI for users, visualized through price drops and budget-friendly hauls.

We’ll mobilize Virality’s network of 20,000+ top-tier fashion and lifestyle creators to push these messages across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This includes both direct repurposing (podcast clips with value-driven captions) and original formats (UGC screen recordings, aesthetic slideshows) to capture multiple demographics and drive downloads.

Creators will be incentivized to experiment with the following proven formats:

  1. The "Live Price Hack": Screen recordings of the Phia Safari extension revealing lower prices on popular fashion items.

  2. "Secrets from 'The Burnouts' Podcast": Valuable audio clips from the podcast layered over aesthetic b-roll to drive authority and podcast listenership.

  3. The "Aesthetic Haul on a Budget" Slideshow: Showcasing a collection of high-end items purchased at a discount using Phia.

Investment and ROI

Upfront Commitment: $20,000 (covers the full pilot month retainer and creator budget).

Ongoing Retainer: $7,000/month.

Campaign Budget: $13,000 for the pilot, deployed directly into creator incentives on a performance (RPM) basis to attract the highest quality creators.

  • Full campaign setup with clear creator guidelines, media libraries, and platform-specific optimization.
