Why Virality Requires Social Verification

Campaign managers need to track authentic view data for accurate payouts. Verified accounts ensure the Virality platform can automatically pull real performance metrics from your content, eliminating payout disputes and manual tracking.

Verified creators also get priority access to new campaigns since brands can review your existing content quality and audience engagement before approving your application.

Supported Platforms for Verification

Virality currently supports verification for the following major short-form content platforms:

TikTok - Primary platform for most viral campaigns
Instagram - Reels

You can verify multiple accounts across different platforms to access more campaign opportunities and increase your earning potential.

Step-by-Step Verification Process

1. Access Verification Settings Log into your Virality account and navigate to Home from your dashboard by clicking on the virality logo on the top left corner (desktop). Look for the Profile page, this is where you'll manage all your verified accounts.

2. Start Account Verification Click "Connect New" to begin the verification process. You'll need to complete this for each platform you plan to create content on.

3. Copy the URL of your account and paste it into the input field. (example: https://www.tiktok.com/@virality)

   

4. Get Your Unique Verification Code Virality generates a unique verification code specifically for your account. Copy this code exactly as shown - any typos will cause verification to fail.

5. Add Code to Your Social Bio Switch to the social account you're verifying and paste the code into your profile bio. Save the changes on that platform before returning to Virality.

This temporary code proves you own and control the account you're trying to verify.

6. Click Verify Account and the system will automatically check for your verification code.

The verification process typically completes within 20 seconds. Once successful, your verified account appears on your Virality profile and you can immediately remove the code from your bio.

7. Verify Additional Accounts Repeat this process for each social account you want to use for campaigns.

Verification Troubleshooting

Code Not Found Error Make sure you've pasted the exact code into your bio and saved changes on the social platform before attempting verification on Virality.

Profile URL Issues Use the direct URL to your profile, not a shortened link or post URL. The system needs to access your bio directly. Do not simply enter your username.

Platform Sync Delays Some platforms take a few minutes to update bio changes. Wait 2-3 minutes after saving your bio before attempting verification.

Post-Verification Benefits

Once verified, you can browse and join active campaigns immediately. Your dashboard will show available opportunities based on your verified platforms and content creation experience.
